Cabela’s is opening a store in Nanaimo tomorrow. Here are a few details I was assigned during the renovation.
Arrow holders for the indoor archery range.
I built this ‘P’ shaped guard to stop kids from climbing the adjacent mountain.
These log straps were made from 1/8″ x 3″ steel. The cross log cross sections do not make nice even circles, they are a variety of lumpy ellipses. Each (of 20) strap started with a unique template, then I formed each piece of steel on site and checked for fits.
These exterior lights are on the west facing wall. I made flashings for the tops of the 6″ beams.
