Aluminum pipe downspouts
For Christmas 2014 I built this tube house for my kids. For climbing or covering with a sheet. Getting lots of use so far.
Last year I built this sign for the community hall in Duchess, AB. It is 10′ high. Painted in metallic silver and black.
Welded aluminum railing for a cabin on Hornby Island, BC.
Primed with epoxy, then a black base coat (x2), and then automotive urethane clear coat (x2) for deep rich gloss finish.
Custom built pool side starting blocks. Aluminum and stainless construction. Color and sheen are matched to existing poolside furniture. Platform is approx 18″ x 34″. Each assembly weighs approx 120lb. Installed May 1, 2015 in the Comox Valley. Continue reading
This boat had railings that were 29″ high and needed to be raised up to 42″. I extended the bottom of the stanchions, built new stanchion bases from 3/8″ thick stainless, and built side braces from 1/2″ stainless. The bow area was reworked, as was the aft end near the stairs.
